Ward is born April 15th, 1976 in MonroeLouisiana. Monroe Christian School is a only private Christian school. Ward attended Ouachita Parish High School for her secondary education. She then moved to River Oaks High School the season following her senior year. She was a student at Northeast Louisiana University briefly after the completion of her degree. Ward dropped out of high school when she was 13 and started modeling. She decided to try acting a few years later. The first time she appeared on stage was in an uncredited part in 1970's soap opera All My Children, and she was later cast in an teen drama for NBC Prime-Time Malibu Shores. In the latter half of 1996Ward landed a role in the daytime soap opera Sunset Beach where she portrayed the romantic Meg Cummings. In 1999, she began a film career, starring in The In Crowd as psychotic Brittany Foster. The film was not a huge hit in the theaters however it did very well with home-video and cable.
